MATSUHISA EARNS ALL-STATE HONORS
RICHMOND, Va. – Rams midfielder Kanna Matsuhisa added to her growing list of accolades following the 2024 season as she was named to the VaSID All-State Second Team, the organization announced Tuesday.
Matsuhisa's final season in Black and Gold also landed her on the Atlantic 10 All-Conference and All-Academic teams after she paced the team with 7 goals and 15 total points.
Starting in all 18 matches and saw more than 80 minutes of action in 13 games, playing a full 90 ten times in 2024. She closes out her four years at VCU with an impressive resume, finishing her career as an Atlantic 10 Regular Season Champion and two-time All-Atlantic 10 player, who appeared in every match during her time with the program.
