Gladding Residence Center consists of three buildings and serves as home to roughly 1,000 students in suites and apartments. GRC II and GRC III primarily house freshman, whereas GRC I contains limited space for upperclassmen and transfer students.

The residence hall is located within easy walking distance of all Monroe Park Campus classrooms, the Cary Street Gym and other university activities. Gladding features a landscaped courtyard, laundry rooms, meeting rooms, a game room with food vending machines and a computer lab.
