THE SHORT STORY: VCU collected three points over Duquesne as Greta Kraszula and Kanna Matsuhisa combined for a pair of goals and Allison Karpovich notched five saves in a bounce-back 2-1 victory.

• Kraszula's unbelievable olimpico goal gave the Rams an early lead in the 19^th minute
• In the 26^th minute, Duquesne had an answer on forward Margey Brown's ninth goal of the season
• VCU took its deciding lead in the 65^th minute as Y-Van Nguyen dropped the ball back to Matsuhisa at 20 yards out and she curled it over the head of goalkeeper Maddy Neundorfer
• The Rams earned their 10^th point in the Atlantic 10 standings with the 2-1 victory
