HEAR FROM THE RAMS
"I'm extremely happy with today's race. I moved up very well throughout the race and felt really good. As a team, we each focused on executing our race plans and doing that helped the team to a 2nd place finish and multiple new personal bests." – Nia Warren

"I think today went really well. It was my first 6k so my whole goal was to trust my teammates early on and see how well I could move forward as the race continued. I'm excited to get a good training block in before our next race in early October!" – Madelyn Anderson

"I'm proud of how the ladies ran today. We moved up very well during the race and were able to pass larger groups while maintaining our own packs for most of the race. Our ability to commit to a race plan is really good right now and the better we execute the better we feel as we race. I'm excited to head down to ECU in a few weeks and have another chance to improve." – Director of Cross Country Austin Savage
