HEAR FROM THE RAMS

"I think the overall the team did really well, we went in with the idea of packing up to help each other, and it translated into the race. One of the big problems of last year was not running together, but so far this year it has gotten better."

"Personally for me the race felt a whole lot better than last year, we picked off runners the whole race and ended our top 3 in the top 10 of the race. Last year we started out really fast and died out and this year was the opposite and we ended fast." – Kendall Phillips

"The guys had a pretty good day out there today. We've shifted our approach this year a bit and I think it will pay off as we get head into these next couple of races. We've got a few weeks until our next race so we're going to get to work and step back in the line ready to roll." – Director of Cross Country Austin Savage
