CROSS COUNTRY RELEASES 2024 MEET SCHEDULE
The Rams begin the season on Aug. 31 at the Spider Alumni Open
RICHMOND, Va. – VCU Men's and Women's Cross Country has announced its 2024 schedule.
The Rams open the season at the Spider Alumni Open (Aug. 31) hosted by Richmond at Pole Green Park in Mechanicsville, Va. The Rams then head to Newport News, Va. for the CNU XC Invitational (Sept. 13) hosted by Christopher Newport.
VCU travels to Greenville, N.C. for the Pirate Cross Country Invitational (Oct. 4) hosted by East Carolina. VCU closes out the regular season in Elon, N.C. at the Phoenix XC Invitational (Oct. 18) hosted by Elon.
The Atlantic 10 Championship (Nov. 2) takes place at Pole Green Park in Mechanicsville, Va. followed by the NCAA Southeast Regional (Nov. 15) in Rock Hill, S.C.
